หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาพนักงาน
- วางแผนการพัฒนาวิธีการบริหารความสามารถของพนักงานให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมให้สอดคล้องกับเส้นทางความก้าวหน้าของพนักงาน (Career path) และสามารถใช้เป็นองค์ประกอบในการบริหารงานบุคคลด้านอื่นๆ
- ส่งเสริมและผลักดันให้พนักงานเกิดการใฝ่เรียนรู้และศึกษาด้วยตนเอง (Self-Learning) เพื่อสามารถนำความคิดไปประยุกต์กับงาน อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงานในอนาคต
- ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานเกิดการถ่ายทอด/แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ (Knowledge Sharing) อันจะนำมาซึ่งนวัตกรรมทางความคิดใหม่ๆ และสามารถสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มในความคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ที่เป็นประโยชน์กับบริษัท
- ประสานงานและให้ปรึกษาแก่หน่วยงานอื่นๆ ภายในบริษัทที่ต้องการจัดฝึกอบรม

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Sciences, Social Sciences or related field
